SCT Volunteers Needed

Volunteer Contact: Evelyn Callaway

Why volunteer?

Make new friends. There are plenty of friendly folks just waiting to meet you! By contributing your skills, talents and your very valuable time to your community’s Theatre, you will come to know a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. “The show must go on!” and it does because of the important part that you play in the production! Like a very large family, we work together to develop your unique talents and to help you discover new ones!

Who can volunteer:

Retirees, working adults, college students, teens; in fact, entire families are all a part of our volunteer effort. SCT welcomes any responsible person with a few hours to give and an interest in bringing theatre to life.

How much time must I commit?

You pick the activities you want to do based on how much time you have. For Example:

-Set work is done on weekends or 7-9 some weeknights.

-Sewing costumes or archiving can be done at home on your own schedule.

-Stage Management, prop assistants will attend some rehearsals and be present at every performance

-Assistant Directors, directors, actors must attend all rehearsals and be at all performances.
